Overview:
Lone Peak Physical Therapy’s Director of Human Resources, Erin Loucks, reached out to us looking for professional headshots consistent with the clinic’s brand. All employees have a bio on the website which includes a headshot. In addition, newly hired employees needed a headshot, and Erin wanted a photographer that could plug into the new hire process to capture these photos.
Process:
We work regularly with Erin every few months to schedule a headshot photography session for employees needing a photo. The scheduling process is quick and easy, helping Erin to focus on other important areas of her job. We travel to each clinic and set up our mobile studio to capture images of the staff right on site and each headshot session typically only takes 60 to 90 minutes. The staff work with Tyson to see each individual headshot image and can select their favorite at the time of the session.
Outcome:
Erin and the Lone Peak team have been very pleased with their headshots and the efficiency of the process. The photos are consistent with their brand and are a great way to honor and promote the skill of the clinic’s amazing staff.
